Borderline Personality DIsorder

Individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) struggle with extreme mood changes, identity confusion, and unstable relationships. The intense emotional reactions, deep fear of abandonment, and struggle to feel loved has led researchers to identify BPD as perhaps the most painful mental health condition a person can have.

Because not every type of therapy can help those with BPD, I have completed specialized training in modalities specifically developed for this disorder. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Ego State Therapy to help clients with BPD gain the skills and stability to have a life worth living.
